I got to listen to some real high end equipment yesterday. I was at a customers house and he was generous enough to give me a little demonstration. He had Revels all the way around. Very nice!

Cutting the baffles:
In the center is the home made template I use. The cut-out still needs some fine tuning after useing the template. a little sand paper or free handing the router seems to work fine. You could save your self allot of grief buy purchaseing the round version of the woofer.
